The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join Via Harrow. You will:
1. be an important part of the management team, and this is a significant opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives on achieving results.
2. be highly motivated, committed, recovery focused and use your drive and innovation to ensure a consistent high-quality service, showcasing good practice, high performance and excellence in given areas of expertise.
3. lead and supervise a team of Recovery Practitioners who provide case management, initial and comprehensive assessment, risk assessment, care planning, safeguarding coordination and case management for any individual coming into the service. The Team Leader will also be responsible for managing allocations, the psychosocial treatment provided at the service and supporting the wider clinical interventions.
The Service
Via Harrow is an established Community Integrated service that is well performing and highly functioning. The service consists of both clinical and psychosocial and is CQC registered to provide a range of clinical interventions including BBV & health interventions, OST, and community detox, as well as robust family and carers and service user involvement provision.
