About the role: As Demand Planning Manager eCommerce Europe, your mission is to: Design, test, and implement a new planning process to support a more data-driven approach in our planning practices. Maximize the revenue through outstanding product availability and minimize the cost of capital for our Direct-to-Consumer channel. You will be reporting to the Head of Demand Planning BA (Business Area) Europe and be a member of the European Demand Planning Leadership team. What you'll do: Design, implement and continuously improve processes around direct-to-consumer demand planning, usage of data science and AI/machine learning in planning, etc. Participate in monthly S&OP process and drive demand review with other stakeholders. Monitor and follow up operational performance related to D2C demand planning in all sales companies, identifying problem areas, improvement potentials as well as suggesting and following up on agreed action points. Have constant touch points to drive change management, give training to demand planners and Sales teams regarding planning processes for D2C flows. Core qualifications: Experience in international business with a focus on D2C / eCommerce demand planning and proven record of driving change is required. Academic degree in business and/or technical field is desired. Demonstrated ability to influence on all levels in an organization. Excellent communication skills are required. You are comfortable exploring new solutions and driving continuous improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced, numbers-oriented environment and can meet deadlines under tight time constraints. You can join the dots to take the business from where we are to where we want to be, mapping the clear routes and strategies essential to achieving our goals. Excellent understanding of a typical Demand Planning IT environment and working with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) DP module or other planning tools. Excellent Microsoft skills.
