Solicitor – Family Law \nLocation: Manchester or Blackburn \n\nAre you an experienced Solicitor with a strong background in family law and looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, fast-paced, and client-focused firm?\nCertain Advantage are currently seeking a committed and capable legal professional with 3–5 years' post-qualified experience to join our clients growing Family Law team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high and varied caseload, work to meaningful targets, and be part of a collaborative and commercially aware legal environment.\n\nThe Role:\n We’re looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor who has proven experience in dealing with legally aided and privately funded family caseloads.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDeveloping and managing own caseloads\nManaging and developing client relationships\nEnsure Family Law knowledge is up to date \n £50,000-£60,000 DOE and must be Panel Accredited\n\nThe individual\n We’re looking for people who have:\n\nQualified Solicitor with 3–5 years PQE\nStrong understanding and experience in family law matters\nAbility to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines\nExcellent client care and interpersonal skills\nProven ability to work as part of a team and independently\nStrong commercial awareness and a proactive attitude\nCapability to develop and grow a caseload\nComfortable working to targets and performance goals\nHigh attention to detail in managing a varied workload\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nChildren Law Accreditation (SRA) – highly desirableIf you're a driven legal professional ready to take your career further, we want to hear from you.\n\nWorking with Certain Advantage\n We go the extra mile to find the best people for the job.
