TP Tutors is growing its presence in Farnborough and is looking for passionate SEN Tutors to deliver personalised, one-to-one support for students with additional needs. Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Farnborough and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time opportunities available
About the Role
You will provide tailored tuition designed to meet each student’s unique learning style, helping them progress academically while building confidence and emotional resilience.
* Plan and deliver engaging, personalised sessions
* Support learners with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Build positive, consistent relationships that encourage trust
* Inspire independence, motivation, and self-esteem
* Deliver sessions in homes or community-based settings
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (education, care, or support roles)
* Confidence teaching core subjects such as English and maths
* Ability to travel within Farnborough and nearby areas
* A patient, flexible, and empathetic approach
* Strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
