The Role:

What about developing teams to succeed and earn very well for all of this?We are looking for exceptional Luxury Retail Sales Assistant Managers & Management Trainees. We make no apologies – we want to be the best. We want to offer exceptional service to our valued clients and we work hard across all disciplines to achieve this, as outlined below;
* People Management – support your manager by holding regular 121s with the team, coaching and developing and contribute towards creating a winning environment and celebrating success
* Sales Floor Management – In conjunction with the store manager, ensure all basic processes are followed and the client needs are being met
* Stock Management - Support the Store Manager to review and analyse data to make informed decisions regarding stock and merchandising
* Building Long Lasting Client Relationships - taking customer care to the next level, going the extra mile
