About the Role
As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will take responsibility for a class of inquisitive, lively learners who are eager to be challenged and supported. You will plan and deliver lessons that are both creative and rigorous, ensuring pupils make excellent progress while developing a love for learning. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Key Stage 2, share best practices, and contribute to whole-school development.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and innovate, while also benefiting from a strong support network and well-established systems that allow teachers to focus on teaching. What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 4
*
A sound understanding of the national curriculum and effective assessment practices
*
Strong behaviour management skills with a positive and nurturing approach
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
*
A reflective practitioner with high expectations of themselves and their pupils
*
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
