Location: Sheffield – Grosvenor House
Contract: 11 months (potential to extend or convert to permanent)

Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday
* First 2–3 weeks: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Thereafter: Rotational shifts (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
* Flexible within the team based on operational needs
* Early closure at 4:00 PM on Fridays
We are hiring a Receptionist with 1+ year of experience to join a dynamic team in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys front-desk operations, customer interaction, and administrative support.
Role Overview
The Receptionist will provide high-level administrative and front-of-house support, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for visitors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and direct visitors professionally
* Answer calls and manage switchboard inquiries
* Handle courier deliveries and outgoing packages
* Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes/badges
* Manage meeting room schedules and ensure proper setup
* Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and mail preparation
* Provide general office support as needed

Qualifications
