We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our risk and compliance activities by analysing data, generating insights, and ensuring we meet regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for risk & compliance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing actionable insights and helping to enhance our risk and compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Monitoring: Generating data sets to support compliance monitoring reviews. Managing compliance dashboards to track key metrics. Risk Reporting: Analysing large datasets from various sources to support risk and compliance activities. Developing dashboards and visualisations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Generating regular and ad-hoc reports on risk and compliance Key Risk Indicator (KRI) metrics. Communicating complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders. Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management and compliance. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance risk and compliance frameworks. About you. We’re looking for someone who brings: Proven experience in risk analysis, compliance monitoring or data analytics, preferably in retail or financial services sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Some of our benefits.
