What You’ll Do: Be the face of our service department—greet customers in person and over the phone. Manage service and MOT bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Present repair options and costs transparently to customers. Provide an honest and memorable sales experience, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Upsell additional services, products, or plans, boosting your earning potential. Stay organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all work is completed on time and customers are kept informed.What We’re Looking For: Previous automotive experience is essential. We will also entertain car sales executives and Parts Advisors. A natural ability to deliver exceptional customer service and a desire to sell. A full UK driving licence.
