Role Overview Key accountabilities for the Senior Training Compliance Advisor include: Planning and scheduling fleet training to ensure crew are qualified and certified for their roles Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including training providers and auditors Monitoring training costs and helping with budgeting and forecasting Keeping HR systems like Mistral updated with accurate training compliance data This role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis for 12 months.
