Recognised by the Financial Times as one of the FT1000 Fast growing companies in Europe in 2022 and 2023, Intent HQ is a leader and innovator in Customer AI Analytics and Data Science with a blue chip international enterprise customer base and solid financial backing from our investors. Our mission is to become the world’s preeminent Customer Intent platform by bringing together privacy‑first signals intelligence, proprietary behavioural AI/ML analytics & uniquely accessible enterprise insights into a single platform that organisations will use to build more genuine, sustainable and profitable relationships with their customers.. Our initial focus solved problems for clients in the telecommunications sector, including Verizon & Orange. We have since expanded into the Financial Services, Retail and Social Media sectors including HB Reavis and Zurich Group as clients to name a few.

Our clients typically have tens of millions of customers and billions of interaction events each day. We have developed our platform to handle data at this enormous scale efficiently. Intent HQ is unique because we've focused on understanding customer interaction data. We do the hard‑specialised work leaving our clients free to focus on integrating the insight into their business, with one Client seeing an additional £26m annual revenue as a result of using our products and services.

Intent HQ is an exciting place to work, we are very proud to have made our debut on the FT1000 Fastest Growing Companies in Europe for 2022! We have a talented team of circa 100 -people (and growing!) based in & around London, Barcelona, Lisbon and New York & Tel Aviv, collectively speaking over 15 languages!

The Opportunity

Intent HQ is undergoing a transformation to become an AI-native organisation—one where humans and AI agents work seamlessly together to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is not a small initiative; it’s a fundamental shift in how we operate.

The AI Transformation Enablement Lead is responsible for ensuring our people are ready, equipped, and excited to thrive in this new world. You will own the “Enable” pillar of our AI-native transformation, leading all training, communications, and change management efforts that help every person at Intent HQ build confidence and capability with AI tools and ways of working.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will design and deliver training programmes, provide 1:1 coaching and support, build systems to track adoption and learning, work closely with leaders to drive accountability, and be the connective tissue between our transformation vision and the daily reality of our teams. You will be a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business—from individual contributors learning to use AI tools for the first time, to senior leaders navigating how to manage hybrid human‑agent teams.

If you’re energised by helping people grow, skilled at designing learning experiences, and comfortable navigating complex organisational dynamics, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape a company’s future from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

People Transformation & Capability Building

* Own and deliver the full enablement curriculum, including foundational AI Literacy training (for all staff), training for building and troubleshooting agents across multiple workflow automation platforms (e.g. stack AI, n8n), process re‑enablement (e.g. for teams adopting new AI‑powered workflows), and management & governance training for agentic systems.

* Design engaging, practical training content—combining live sessions, async materials, and hands‑on tasks that meet people where they are and build genuine capability.

* Continuously iterate on training based on feedback, adoption data, and evolving organisational needs.

* Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and evaluate external training options where appropriate.

1:1 Support & Coaching

* Provide direct support to individuals and teams as they adopt new tools and ways of working.

* Run office hours, maintain support channels, and create self‑serve resources that scale your impact.

* Identify and address barriers to adoption—whether skill gaps, mindset blockers, or practical workflow challenges.

Adoption Tracking & Accountability

* Build and maintain systems to track training completion, tool adoption, and on‑the‑job application of learning.

* Partner with leaders to review adoption data, identify lagging areas, and implement targeted interventions.

* Create feedback loops that surface insights on what’s working and what needs to change.

Role Evolution & Organisational Readiness

* Partner with People/HR to update job descriptions as roles evolve in an AI‑native context.

* Support leaders in communicating changes to their teams with clarity.

* Navigate sensitive conversations around how work is changing, ensuring people feel supported.

Stakeholder Management

* Build trusted relationships across all levels—from individual contributors to senior leadership.

* Manage competing priorities and timelines across multiple workstreams.

* Keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and emerging opportunities.

* Work with your team to ensure technical ambition is matched by organisational readiness.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are:

A natural educator: You’re energised by helping people learn and grow. You can break down complex concepts into accessible, actionable guidance. You design learning experiences that stick—not just content that gets delivered.

Technically credible: You have hands‑on experience with AI tools and can confidently teach others how to use them. You can build and troubleshoot basic AI agents, understand prompt engineering fundamentals, and navigate Workflow Automation platforms like Stack AI.

A skilled communicator: You write with clarity and warmth. You present with confidence. You adapt your style to your audience—whether you’re coaching an individual, facilitating a workshop, or presenting to senior leadership.

Operationally excellent: You’re organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. You build systems and processes that create accountability without bureaucracy.

Stakeholder‑savvy: You navigate complex professional environments with ease. You build relationships quickly, read organisational dynamics accurately, and influence without authority. You’re comfortable having difficult conversations and managing resistance constructively.

Empathetic and people‑centred: You understand that transformation is hard for people. You meet people where they are, address their concerns genuinely, and help them see possibilities rather than threat.

Autonomous and ownership‑driven: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You identify what needs doing, take responsibility for outcomes (not just tasks), and drive initiatives to completion.

Metrics‑minded: You believe in measuring what matters. You use data to guide decisions, demonstrate impact, and identify where to focus effort.

Experience

* 4+ years in learning & development, organisational development, change management, enablement, or a related field.

* Proven track record designing and delivering training programmes that drive measurable behaviour change.

* Experience supporting organisational transformation, technology adoption, or cultural change initiatives.

* Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple levels.

Technical Experience

* Hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for real work tasks—not just experimentation.

* Technically fluent enough to demonstrate, explain, and teach AI tools and basic agent workflows—you don't need to build production‑grade systems, but you need to understand them well enough to coach others.

* Understanding of prompt engineering principles and how to design effective AI instructions.

* Comfortable learning new AI tools quickly and teaching others how to use them.

A plus if you have:

* Background in a technical or technical‑adjacent role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical training, product enablement, technical writing).

* Experience in a technology company or with technology‑driven transformation.

* Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or coaching.

* Experience building adoption tracking systems or learning analytics.

Skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

* Ability to design practical, engaging learning experiences.

* Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast‑changing environment.

Mindset & Behaviours

* Proactive and autonomous; takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.

* Strong commercial instinct—connects enablement work to business value.

* Energised by helping others succeed.

* Comfortable navigating organisational complexity and sensitive conversations.

* High adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
