Area Sales Manager - Premium KBB products
The Role of Area Sales Manager
* Representing this premium, well-established brand, the successful Area Sales Manager will develop strong relationships with independent retailers and merchants.
* 80% of this role involves managing relationships with independent KBB retailers.
* 20% involves opening new independent merchant accounts and managing relationships with Buying Groups.
* You will inherit an area that is already performing well.
* This role focuses on account management, generating revenue and profit from existing accounts.
* Building relationships with Owners and Branch Managers across the region.
* Developing relationships with Branch Managers, Showroom Managers, Owners, and Area Managers.

The Candidate
* Experience in construction or KBB industry (bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, interiors) is preferred.
* Experience selling into showrooms, merchants, or retailers is desirable but not essential; personality and professionalism are key.
* Must be commercially astute and capable of protecting margins.
* Career-minded individuals seeking future growth and promotion are preferred.
The Package
* £14,000 - £18,000 OTE, uncapped, plus bonuses for hitting margin targets.
