Physiotherapist/ Sports Therapist (Women’s & Girls’)
Brighton and Hove Albion FC
Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing
Hours: Zero-hours (predominantly working weekends and evenings)
Deadline Day: 17th September 2025
Responsibilities
* Provide matchday and training session support for the Girls’ Academy, including pitch-side assessment and immediate care for acute injuries.
* Communicate management plans to coaches and ensure injuries, treatment plans, and outcome measures are accurately documented.
* Support the health and wellbeing of elite young professional footballers in a high-performance environment.
* Collaborate with the medical team and other professionals to support player development and return-to-play decisions.
Qualifications
Physiotherapist
* BSc Physiotherapy degree
* Membership with the Society of Physiotherapy
* Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* FA Safeguarding certificate
* Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football or equivalent (or willing to obtain ahead of start date)
Sports Therapist
* BSc Sports Therapy degree
* Membership with the Society of Sports Therapy
* FA Safeguarding certificate
* Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football or equivalent (or willing to obtain ahead of start date)
