This isnt one of those "coast for a few months while you settle in" jobs. We need someone whos ready to make an impact from day one bringing energy, ideas, and a bit of charm to every conversation.
Youll be registering applicants, booking viewings, securing instructions, and negotiating deals all while managing tenancies from start to finish, ensuring compliance, handling paperwork and deposits, and building relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Its a hands-on role where youll play a vital part in driving lettings performance and representing the NV Estates brand with pride and professionalism.
