Requirements
* You thrive by analysing problems, making objective decisions, and coming up with original ideas. You should have the drive and resilience to get things done, the flexibility to work well as part of a team and the credibility to influence others.
* To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme:
* You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2026 or within the last three years
* You must have graduated with, or be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree – or equivalent grade.
* There are no specific academic requirements for grades at A level or GCSE equivalents. However, we do expect candidates to have a strong academic record.
