Your Role Will Involve: Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support to primary pupils with a range of SEND needs, from moderate learning difficulties to more complex autism and SEMH needs. Assisting with personalised learning plans (EHCPs) to promote progress, confidence, and independence. Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural development, helping them to engage positively in school life. Working closely with teachers, parents, and outside professionals to ensure consistent, nurturing support. A positive, patient, and resilient attitude with a genuine passion for supporting young learners. Relevant qualifications such as Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Health & Social Care, or Youth Work (desirable but not essential). Ability to provide suitable references and hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS.
