We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistant to support pupils and teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Role & Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Assist in the development of learning resources and classroom organisation. Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide targeted support. Encourage and support the social and emotional development of children. Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning space. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance student outcomes. Requirements: Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3) or experience in a similar role. An enhanced DBS certificate. Experience working within a primary school setting. A patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young learners. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
