We are working on this fantastic opportunity with our award winning client who operate this stunning country hotel with 2 x AA rated restaurant
The position offers aspiring chefs the opportunity to work within one of North finest kitchens, utilising the finest products from Yorkshire & beyond, & using the latest techniques and equipment to create menus that are both classic in design, & modern in execution.
The ideal Chef will have the following attributes:
- Have experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub
- Ideally worked in a rosette kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important here
- Be able to demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here
- Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
- A means of transport due to location, although the Hotel is commutable to Skipton, Leeds & the dales, with live in an option
