We are currently recruiting for multiple Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers for a well-established food manufacturing site in Colne, Lancashire. This is a fast-paced FMCG environment operating within meat processing, offering stability, strong earnings and long-term progression.
This is a hands-on engineering role within a busy production environment, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activity across site machinery.

The Shift
Rotating days shift pattern:
* Monday to Friday: 05:30am to 1:00pm
* Followed by Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week
* Followed by a shorter Friday finish week
Key Responsibilities
* Planned preventative maintenance across production equipment
* Reactive breakdown response and fault finding
* Mechanical and electrical repairs
* Supporting production line efficiency and changeovers
* Monitoring equipment performance and reliability
* Working closely with production teams to reduce downtime
* Maintaining accurate maintenance xsngvjr records
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety and food standards
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
* FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred
* Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability
* Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps and packaging equipment
* Proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
