Our client is expanding - and they're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Southern region. What You'll Be Doing:
Leading business development across residential and I&C projects in the Southern patch
Identifying and securing new opportunities with developers, consultants, and strategic landowners
Managing the full sales cycle - from initial engagement through to contract award
Collaborating with estimating and delivery teams to shape winning connection strategies
Representing our client at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in business development within utilities, infrastructure, or energy
Strong technical understanding of multi-utility connections (132kV-11kV, gas, water)
Background in project management or estimating is highly desirable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and drive regional growth
