Senior Commercial Contracts Manager – APAC Region

We’re supporting a world-leading engineering and manufacturing organisation within the defence and aerospace sector as they look to appoint a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager focused on the APAC region.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, experience in managing international contracts, and a background in defence or aerospace. You'll lead a team responsible for account management, bid and proposal activity, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop key customer accounts across the APAC region
* Lead the preparation of bids, proposals, and pricing strategies
* Negotiate complex contracts and maintain strong senior client relationships
* Oversee contract administration and compliance processes
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support strategic commercial goals
* Travel within the UK and internationally as required
Required Skills and Experience:
* Solid experience in contracts/commercial roles within aerospace or defence
* Strong knowledge of contract structures, pricing models, export control, and procurement
* Demonstrated success in contract negotiations in APAC markets
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills
