Interim Commercial Lawyer – 12 Month Contract (London)
Exciting opportunity to join a fast-evolving consultancy business on a major growth journey. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting a busy digital function at the heart of the business.
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer (10+ PQE) who is comfortable being in the detail, thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and can hit the ground running from day one.
The Role
* Advising on a wide range of technology and commercial agreements including SaaS, TSAs, IT and vendor contracts
* Supporting a dynamic digital team and key business stakeholders
* Managing a high volume of contracts (20–30 per month) in a time-sensitive environment
* Playing a key role in an evolving business where no two days are the same

* Strong commercial mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
* Proven experience with SaaS, technology and transitional services agreements (TSA)
* Resilient, adaptable and comfortable in a high-pressure environment
* Someone who enjoys being “in the doing” rather than purely strategic
* Flexible and willing to be onsite regularly for weekly face-to-face collaboration
