Responsibilities
* Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive dining experience.
* Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
* Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Previous restaurant/bar experience an advantage but not essential.
* Strong serving skills and knowledge of food safety practices
* Excellent hospitality and guest service abilities
* Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions
* Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts
* Culinary experience is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
