We are looking for an organised, proactive, and friendly Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our office. This role combines essential administrative duties with responsibility for invoicing, office facilities coordination, and front-of-house reception tasks. Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & Administration
* Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
* Track payments, maintain invoice logs, and support credit control where needed.
* Assist with processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, and expense claims.
Reception
* Act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and callers.
* Support with the main phone line, respond to queries, and direct calls/emails appropriately when needed.
Facilities Support
* Liaise with building management and external contractors (cleaners, maintenance, etc.).
* Support with organising meeting rooms, office equipment, and general workplace upkeep.
* Assist with minor health & safety tasks, such as maintaining records or reporting issues.
