This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals beginning their career in education. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils in accessing learning activities as directed by the class teacher. Assist in preparing and maintaining classroom resources and displays. Provide general administrative support to the class teacher (e.g. photocopying, filing, preparation of materials). Supervise pupils in group or 1:1 settings as needed, including supporting positive behaviour. Support pupils with personal care needs when appropriate (training provided if required). Help maintain a safe, clean and tidy learning environment. Support with playground and lunchtime supervision if required. Attend relevant training and participate in school activities as directed. Person Specification: Basic literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent). Willingness to undertake training as required.
