Job Description
3. Oversee and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
4. Identify and troubleshoot equipment faults and failures.
5. Support in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
6. Adhere to safety standards and company procedures at all times.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
8. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
9. Provide technical support to the manufacturing team as required.
10. Document and report maintenance activities and performance indicators.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer should have:
11. An educational background in Engineering or a related field.
12. Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and machinery.
13. Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a similar industry.
14. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
15. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
16. A commitment to safety and quality standards.
