Oversee strategic output across accounts - agitating around the work to make it as good as it can possibly be. Sit as part of our cross-site management team. Form strong partnerships with CS & Creative leads, to drive client business (and therefore agency business) forwards. Build strong working relationships with key senior clients. Inspire clients, the Strategy team & the wider agency with innovative & unexpected thinking & insights. Lead and win new business pitches. Identify and convert organic opportunities on existing helia clients and opportunities from across Havas Village London. Purpose of the position To grow and develop the Strategy team, to improve the quality of our strategic output, driving business growth & our strategic reputation. To win new business and grow existing client business and deliver award-winning work, being entrepreneurial with your clients, showing them how Havas CX helia can be a strategic partner at their top marketing table. You will be a member of the cross-site management team, and should therefore model the values we seek in all our people (see below). In order to deliver our agency purpose (to design & develop meaningful experiences that connect the dots from initial interest to long-term loyalty), you must be the champion of the consumer in everything you do, with the experience, methodologies and conviction to understand and articulate consumer's emotions, needs and problems. You will have a hands-on approach to getting the absolute best out of everyone in the department and ensuring they deliver their part in achieving the agency's success. You must be action-oriented, an enthusiastic problem-solver and a sound practitioner. 02 Fundamentals You will be doing the following: Work with EHoS to develop a strong Strategy function, whilst understanding the commercial realities that drive our business - revenue, budgets, politics etc You will be an advisor to key senior clients, being articulate on their business issues yet able to weigh up their challenges with the need for strong consumer-driven strategy that drives compelling creative and business results Write inspiring presentations, through crystallising challenges and brilliant storytelling Making even the most complex problems simple and explaining the solutions well both verbally and in written form Inspire the best possible creative work that works Perform Strategy lead role on pitches, bring your team with you and play a prominent role in pitch meetings and presentations.
