Role Summary The Occupational Health Advisor role at MCL presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our clients in fulfilling their statutory obligations to safeguard and promote health, safety and welfare of employees in the workplace. As part of the MCL Medics team, your key responsibilities include. Workplace assessments Reporting on health risks Routine health surveillance Pre-placement screenings Fitness-for-work assessments Undertaking case management, both in person and remotely, producing quality reports for the clients Managing health records to ensure the secure storage, confidentiality, and integrity of Occupational Health (OH) records at all times, in full compliance with relevant legislation and best practices Work to strict protocols and procedures set by MCL Medics, in line with SEQOHS accreditation What Are We Looking For?
