We’re hiring a Senior National Account Manager at Cole Beauty
This is a big role.
We’re looking for someone exceptional to help scale five fast-growing beauty brands across UK retail and international markets .
Not a maintenance role.
Not a “manage the account and keep things ticking over” role.
This is about building, winning new business, and driving serious growth .
At Cole Beauty we work with multiple high-growth beauty brands and we’re entering an exciting phase of expansion across new retailers, new markets and new territories.
The person we hire will work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping our retail growth strategy.
The role
* Own and grow key UK retail relationships
* Lead new business development across UK and international markets
* Pitch to major retailers and negotiate commercial opportunities
* Manage forecasts, sales planning and account P&L
* Identify new channels and international distribution opportunities
* Work closely with marketing and operations to scale the brands effectively
Who we’re looking for
Someone commercially sharp.
Someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities - they create them .
You’ll likely have:
* 5+ years experience in FMCG sales or National Account Management
* A strong track record growing retail accounts
* Experience working with major retailers
* Beauty / personal care experience is a big plus
* The energy and drive to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment
