Location: Nuneaton, England Salary: Up to £32,500 Bonus Scheme Career Path: Team Lead/ Management Role About the Role: My client is seeking a dedicated Recruitment & Compliance Officer to support recruitment across Complex Care services, Supported Living, and Children’s Residential Homes. This role involves attracting and selecting qualified individuals committed to the well-being and development of those in our care. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all recruitment activities and manage vacancy requests. Post job advertisements, sift and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with interview preparation. Support interviews, assessments, and compliance onboarding. Handle background checks and ensure compliance for all hires. Maintain up-to-date candidate records and monitor progress with Line Managers. Assist with recruitment for new services and project mobilisations. Regularly review and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience. Manage recruitment KPIs, including application progress, interview scheduling, and feedback. Provide recruitment updates in weekly and monthly meetings. What We’re Looking For: Prior recruitment experience in the care industry. Strong organisational and time management skills.
