Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bar/Catering Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. Duties
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
* Assist with food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and catering areas
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
* Restock supplies, glassware, and utensils as needed throughout shifts
* Support the setup and breakdown of catering events or functions
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest enquiries professionally
* Assist with cash handling and POS operations when required
* Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Experience
* Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable
* Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is advantageous
* Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is preferred
* Friendly, personable, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of service

Pay: £12,210.00-£24,878.82 per year
