Job Description

We are currently working on behalf of a large Housing Association looking for a Plumber/Multi to carry out day‑to‑day reactive works in occupied and void properties within the Barnet area.
Responsibilities
* Perform day‑to‑day reactive plumbing works on residential properties.
* Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and systems efficiently and safely.
* Work within the Social Housing sector, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
* Use a company van and fuel card to travel to sites.
Qualifications
* Experience working within the Social Housing sector.
* Relevant plumbing or multi‑skilled trade qualifications.
* Valid UK driving licence.
