Pentagon Motor Group are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our great Bodyshop team at our Derby dealership as a customer service Advisor/ administrator

What Will You Be Doing?

Duties will include:

15. Dealing with customers both face-to-face & over the telephone
16. Liaising with Insurance Companies & other suppliers.
17. Operating the Bodyshop computer system.
18. Processing invoices, customer insurance documents & job cards.
19. Handling customer payments.
20. Working to a high level of accuracy
21. Participating in measurement and feedback processes
22. Working closely with other members of the Bodyshop team

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8 hrs a day

Who Are We Looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

23. Previous experience working in a face to face Customer Service role.
24. Excellent Customer Service and administration skills.
25. A friendly and helpful attitude.
26. Strong communication skills, particularly telephone skills.
27. An ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints whilst demonstrating great organisational skills.
28. Good IT skills
29. The ability to work to a very high level of accuracy, especially in relation to recording vehicle histories and data.
30. A positive can do attitude along with a team player mentality.
31. Great organisation skills
32. A manual UK driving licence
