Job Title: Grinder / Linisher Location: Redditch Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:00–16:00 (4-day working week) Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Overview: A respected engineering company in Redditch is currently seeking a skilled Grinder/Linisher to join its manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working on precision components for the aerospace sector, offering long-term stability and a great work-life balance with a 4-day working week.
