Job Title: Mechanical Shift Engineer – Continental

Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join a highly reputable building services provider on a commercial site contract based in Liverpool Street.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineer to work on a well-recognised, technically challenging contract with a market-leading facilities management provider. Working Hours
* Continental shift pattern (days and nights)
* 07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00
Mechanical Shift Engineer Benefits

Mechanical Shift Engineer Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance within a commercial environment
* Commercial PPM Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
* FCU's, AHU’s
* Pressurisation units
* Cooling towers
* Must have a strong background in pumps and seal repairs
* BMS Head End Controls
* HVAC plant
* More specifically experience on CHP, Absorption chillers, Vacuum waste / toilets, Sprinkler systems, Generators, Chilled beams would be beneficial.
Shift Leader Requirements
* Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ, or equivalent)
* Previous experience working within a critical site or large environment (desirable)
* Apprentice-trained (preferred)
* Proven background in building services or facilities maintenance
* Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication ability
