We are looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive for our family owned and operated Ford main dealership in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
The ideal candidate will already have at least 5 years experience of selling both New & Used cars, working to monthly and quarterly targets. You should have experience of working to manufacturer standards including customer satisfaction. Experience of Motability and F&I is preferred but not essential.
Joining our new and used car sales department, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs.
Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
* Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
* Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
* Negotiating the final price for the sale
* Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivated and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.
You will hold a full UK driving licence and the hours of work will be as follows:-
* Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm (with one day off every other week)
* Saturdays: 8:45am - 5:30pm
* Sundays: Ad-hoc shows and special events only
