Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint a second Tenancy Officer who shares our values, to join the Operations team and support growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, with an attention to detail who will contribute to efficient tenancy and occupancy management, utility management and compliance with operational processes.
Responsibilities
* Track and manage utilities, council tax, and occupancy infrastructure.
* Review and verify rent assessment documentation for accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain a record of rent assessment documentation.
* Circulate reports to the tenancy team and collaboratively work with them to ensure the organisation has accurate, up to date, and reliable data.
* Produce comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting any historic and current income issues, tenancy issues and any and all gaps in data relating to utilities.
* Ensure that the other members of the organisation are kept up to date with all data collection that is relevant to them.
* Oversee the monitor data accuracy and completeness across the organisation.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Ability to record, interpret and report on data from multiple data sources.
* Understanding of GDPR
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent collaborative working skills
* Good standard of education with good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
* Good Excel and data management skills
