Contentious Construction Lawyer (4+ years')
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Contentious Construction Lawyer with 4+ years' PQE to join a top-ranked Construction Disputes team.
Based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Aberdeen, this position involves:
* Managing complex construction and engineering disputes for clients in the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors
* Providing strategic advisory services throughout project stages, from setup to dispute resolution Working with a collaborative team to deliver client centred legal solutions
You will have:
* A strong academic background
* Demonstrated technical skills in construction or engineering dispute resolution
* Excellent communication skills for clear and effective client interactions
* A proactive, client-focused approach to handling high-stakes disputes
* An interest in infrastructure, energy and related sectors
* Legal qualifications in Scotland and/or England & Wales
