R&B Values
Don’t follow the herd: Never follow because it’s always been done that way, nor blindly accept received wisdom. Life changes, challenge, question and don’t stand still. Take the lead, adopt an independent mindset and stand out from the herd.
Anything is possible: As outsiders to a world of conformity, our self-belief, inquisitiveness and ambition allows us to challenge established norms with a more energetic, youthful and playful approach.
Tackle it together: We relish the challenge and results of bringing together different perspectives, being approachable and inclusive in everything that we do and how we do it. Working together as a community to build strong and sustainable foundations for future generations.
Pursue, persist, progress: We value original design and sheer determination to stretch us and move things forward. Adapting, improving, taking accountability and ownership along the way. Never ever taking whisky for granted.
