Key Responsibilities:
As Head Chef, you’ll oversee the day-to-day kitchen operation while ensuring consistently high standards.
9. Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver quality dishes
10. Develop menus with a balance of creativity, customer appeal and cost control
11. Manage stock ordering and minimise wastage
12. Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
13. Train and mentor junior kitchen team members
14. Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent guest experiences
15. Support the wider park operation during busy periods

16. Previous experience leading a kitchen team
17. Strong organisational and stock management skills
18. Passion for fresh food and consistent standards
19. A calm and positive leadership style
20. Someone comfortable working peak seasonal periods with quieter off-peak months
21. Due to the rural location near Salisbury, a driving licence and access to transport is essential
