The Role
The firm is seeking a motivated Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Associate (4–6 PQE) to join its busy and growing City-based team.
You will:
* Work across the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency matters, including covenant breaches, debt restructuring, capital restructuring, supply chain issues, asset tracing, liquidations and cross-border recovery.
* Advise a wide client base including banks, private equity firms, investment funds, creditors, borrowers, retailers, healthcare providers, charities and other key stakeholders.
* Gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters, often with multi-jurisdictional elements.
* Work closely with leading partners and senior associates, receiving direct mentorship and support to accelerate your development.
* Build client relationships and contribute to business development from day one.

* 4–6 years’ PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency.
* Strong client relationship and communication skills.
