Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint a fully qualified Sociology Teacher to join a Good Ofsted-rated secondary school located in the L5 area of Liverpool. This represents an excellent opportunity for a committed and knowledgeable practitioner to contribute to a well-established and supportive school community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching across GCSE and A-Level Sociology in accordance with national curriculum requirements.
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to ensure effective progress for all learners.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.
* Contribute to departmental planning, collaboration, and wider school initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Demonstrable experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Sociology.
* Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to commence the role as soon as possible.
