Your duties will include:
Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service enhancing the guests experience.
Achieving business objectives and maximising the profitability of the site.
Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
Managing and working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
Working seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.
The ideal candidate will be an Experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a strong background in overseeing daily hotel operations. They should possess a can-do attitude as well as excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
