As a Paraplanner, you will:
* Collaborate with financial advisers to build tailored, compliant, and client-friendly suitability reports.
* Research a wide range of financial planning areas, including investments, pensions, protection, and tax strategies.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in client documentation and CRM records.
* Support advisers with technical insights and contribute to developing best-in-class financial planning solutions.
* Stay ahead of the curve with evolving regulations and financial products.
What makes you the ideal Paraplanner?
* Previous experience as a Paraplanner in an independent or wealth management setting.
* Solid knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and financial planning principles.
* Strong report writing skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with FCA compliance and financial software tools.
* Ideally Diploma qualified (Level 4) or working towards it — with a genuine passion for continuous learning.
