From their state-of-the-art facilities in Sandwich, UK, they provide lab and consultancy services tailored to meet customers' needs, timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct particle and powder characterisation using a variety of analytical techniques (e.g., laser diffraction, surface area analysis, microscopy, powder flow testing, compaction studies).
* Assist with formulation development, including blending, granulation, mixing, and sample preparation.
* Support troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
* Accurately record, analyse, and present experimental results.
* Adhere to laboratory quality systems (experience with GLP/GMP/ISO is advantageous).
* Maintain high standards of safety and laboratory housekeeping.
* Work flexibly to support evolving project needs and new techniques.

Key requirements:

* Some laboratory experience (academic or industrial) and basic competence in lab skills.
* Familiarity with particle or powder characterisation is beneficial.
* Ability to follow SOPs and structured protocols.
* Willingness to learn new techniques and support formulation tasks.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Confident in using and troubleshooting characterisation equipment.
