How you create impact
1. Complying with all relevant legislation and agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards.
2. Any five from seven core working, this includes night shifts and some nights away
3. Maintaining and promote a positive image of Kuehne+Nagel Aerospace & Defence
4. Safe and high driver standards and positive driver behaviours
5. Follow all delivery, collection and returns procedures
6. Maintain and manage company equipment
7. Responsible for the security of the vehicle & load at all times
8. Report vehicle defects and ensure that the defect is documented
9. Comply with Driver’s regulations & Working Time Directive in line with the O license legalisation and Company procedures
10. In addition to these duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business, where appropriate training provided
11. Ensure all documentation is completed as per company procedure
12. Follow all housekeeping tasks as required
13. Flexible as working overtime will be required
What we would like you to bring
14. Must hold a current class C+E licence
15. Desirable ADR Class 1-9 including 7x awareness – Less 7
16. Basic numeracy and conversational English language
17. Hold a valid driver qualification card
18. Preferred 2 years driving experience
19. Excellent communication skills
20. Customer focused
21. Desire to succeed
22. Experience of working within a team
23. Experience of Health & Safety
