Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - SEND & Challenging Behaviour Location: Harrogate Contract type: Long Term Temporary Leader Education are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a SEND school in Harrogate. The role involves supporting children and young people aged 2–19 with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and associated challenging behaviours. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who either have relevant experience or bring strong transferable skills, along with a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with additional needs. You will be joining a dedicated and highly supportive team of staff, all focused on enabling pupils to reach their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment. This is a long-term role, subject to a successful trial day, with working hours of 8:45am to 3:50pm.
