Pharmacy Production Queen's Hospital, Pharmacy Production Assistant, Band 2 (Band 3 on completion of training). We require a member of Pharmacy Production staff to join our team working in our licensed, commercial aseptics unit at Queen's Hospital. The postholder will be responsible for setting up and preparing Parenteral Nutrition and other injectable products such as antibiotics, patient-controlled analgesia, and cytotoxics. The ideal candidate must be methodical, accurate, and able to work as part of a team. Full training will be provided.
The postholder will undertake the preparation of non-commercially available aseptic products, including parenteral nutrition, antibiotics, and cytotoxics, from the Pharmacy Production Unit.

These CDCs are operational 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing an additional 88,000 scans annually.
