Job Title: Digital Media Manager Level & Responsibility: This role is at a Manager level and has responsibility for a portfolio of clients but not managing a team Salary Band: £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a 10% discretionary bonus Location & Hybrid Working: London with flexible hybrid working The role As a Digital Media Manager (Planning), you will be responsible for championing and delivering strategic planning across Boots A360 campaigns. This involves leading the planning process across key strategic clients and internal team collaboration to elevate your responses, lead strategic brief response presentations, and identify the role of channels and measurement approaches. You will help manage, develop and grow existing relationships across tier-one clients, external suppliers and internal teams, to help improve and nurture the strategic partnership. Why SMG? However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like: Manage the media briefing and recommendations for A360, bringing in sophisticated planning approaches and strategies and allowing plans to meet campaign objectives. Keeping up to date with media channel opportunities, tech and innovation and that can help inform planning. Regularly communicate with the operations team and media owners on wider team/business/client updates. Support the full end-to-end campaign planning process by managing the process from brief to evaluation and coordinating responses with the client, strategy, and operation teams (where needed). Understanding campaign results and trends, to help inform future plans. Working to prove out test and learn frameworks. Regularly update and track commercials across multiple specific clients and briefs. Drive incremental opportunities for our clients. Create formalised media plans across designated media channels and assist with creating proposal/pitch content. Explore new media opportunities and drive innovation where you see the benefit. Regularly update and track commercials (via client and brief), ensuring financial due diligence and strong attention to detail. Assist the wider media team with digital campaign structures based on plans and audience segmentation, with training provided across digital media planning methods or processes.
