The Role Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a Sheeter Operative to join our growing business, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality board sheets while maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing Working as part of a small, collaborative team to operate our sheeting machine, converting reels of board into high-quality sheets for use in our KBA printing press. Ensuring quick order changeovers and excellent quality standards. Following standard operating procedures and setting techniques to maintain precision and efficiency. Organising reels and storage areas (full Clamp Truck training provided after the trial period). Carrying out weekly operator maintenance and supporting overall warehouse duties. Adhering to company certifications and health & safety requirements at all times. Engaging in continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. What We’re Looking For A team player with the ability to work independently when required. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Previous experience in the print and packaging industry is beneficial, but full training will be provided. A proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute to improvements in safety, machine quality, and overall efficiency.
